The truth is that the Buffalo Niagara Market is low on inventory and seemingly everyone is feeling the pinch. Buyers are competing for homes like never before and sellers are seeing appreciation of home values often much higher than even the experts can predict.
According to the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors data from January 1st of this year through May 1st, Closed transactions are down nearly 2,000 closings from 8450 last year to 6478 this year, begging the question if and when more inventory is coming online.
Against the trend of slowing sales and declining sales for much of the competition, 716 Realty Group WNY is happy to share its in the #6 seat with an increase for the same period of 99.76%, putting it into a league of its own.
