As we close the door on 2025, I find myself incredibly proud, grateful, and energized by what our team at 716 Realty Group accomplished this past year. A Strong Year of Commercial Performance in Buffalo NY

In 2025, 716 Realty Group successfully closed over 25 commercial real estate transactions across Western New York. These were not simple deals. Our team handled a diverse mix of asset types including multifamily properties, warehouse and industrial space, office buildings, vacant land, and specialty-use properties.

Each transaction came with its own challenges. Environmental considerations, zoning questions, financing hurdles, tenant issues, and long timelines are all part of commercial real estate. Our agents stepped up, collaborated, and delivered results for buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Buffalo and the surrounding region.

One of the highlights of the year was an exceptional performance by one of our own, Dana Hofert. In 2025, Dana not only achieved a personal best, but also closed one of the largest commercial sales in the history of 716 Realty Group.

That transaction closed at $1.625 million and represents everything we value as a brokerage. Professionalism, preparation, strong communication, and a commitment to seeing a deal through from start to finish. Dana’s success is a reflection of her work ethic and also the collaborative environment we have built within our commercial team.

While individual wins deserve recognition, 2025 was truly a team accomplishment. Our commercial agents supported one another, shared insight, and leaned into the systems and experience we have built at 716 Realty Group. From deal structure to negotiation strategy, no one operates in a silo here.

We believe this is achievable through continued growth of our commercial division, deeper relationships with investors and business owners, and a focus on complex transactions where experience truly matters.
