I have managed over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate in down town area of Buffalo, New York. I increased CAM revenue on some properties as high as 35%. Residentially I have managed over 10,000 apartment units in New York City. In Buffalo I have worked with top real estate developers over seeing their residential portfolios.
